I did this as refresher course
I found it so much easier than when I first started the company I work for as it was a very long course I had too compete when I joined the company . I have also been informed that this is the same course what the new employees do this one so I am unsure if you have changed your courses now.

A good reminder
Useful as a reminder of certain items that you do not come across every day.
A good refresher
A good course to briefly cover how best to ensure that your safety and others in your vehicle is not compromised. Overview on vehicle health checks, road signs and road rage. A nice reminder of how to behave on the road and not be intimidated by others. Well worth doing the course.
