Accessible and interesting
Very accessible and I am grateful for the subtitles on each of the sections. Some interesting areas which highlight how to approach individuals needs and requirements in the workplace to promote inclusion. I was unaware that individuals are within their rights to disclose long term disabilities to employers at any point of their working career to obtain support it doesn't have to be on day one of hiring when things are new and it they may not be comfortable too.

The course is very useful and helpful for people who have disabilities. Disability should not distract anybody from working and they have the same rights as other normal people.
