Clear and concise.

User-friendly delivery, in a clear format. Each section closes with a useful summary and, even after many years working in an office, I found something new nd helpful in this course.

Boring

As customer service is about interaction and the different aspects and outcomes of those interactions, having a bloke droning on for 35 minutes didn't seem to really get to grips with the topic
