Great course
The course brings together what I already knew and what I wasn't sure of. It brought my attention to being aware of feelings of others and how I may come across sometimes
Excellent
Excellent questions where difficult
VERY INFORMATIVE

Informative
A course that is able to indicate the sources of conflict and ways to resolve issues. A good technique for use in our lives. Vital in workplaces and in living in community.
A very good course
Unfortunately I failed the first time but wrote down information the second time which was beneficial and I’m pleased I have passed
Very useful
It enables you to approach conflict in a more positive way without exacerbating the situation.
Course was thought provoking

Okay could be improved
The section about opened ended questions doesnt offer a good response as the response to question a person if theyre angry is "How did that make you feel" comes across very disingenuous and patronising, so it would probably recieve a hostile response. It also doesnt acknowledge the others body language and seems absent minded
a useful course
a good mix of presenter and graphic/photo screens to help focus attention and engagement. Topic was covered well and the handouts/further info were helpful. This would be a useful addition to a management training programme
The worst yet
I genuinely have no idea who this was for. Its passive aggressive towards non neuro-typical people, outright calling them wrong. Whilst also treating currently neuro-typical people as infants. The example of a "closed question" is in fact a closed mindset and could lead to an hour long answer. The photoshopping is distracting, it draws attention to just how fake it is, defeating the point.
