A concise informative course. That gives you clear ways to identify behaviours and solutions to age old problems.
Over use of video presentation
for me this type of course would be better with text and a video presenter to confirm understanding

A very informative and educational
After completing this course I now will be more confident in resolving any conflicts at work at home. I now have learnt a new set of skills that I will use in all areas of my life.
