It's more of a practical approach
The course is apt and so practical to adopt. It is an inevitable course everyone needs in a day to day dealing within an organisation internal and external environment.

In a office environment with managers present and other staff it all looks so simple but in the real world out on the road for example people act different one thing you failed to discuss was "temper "once that other person has lost their temper its a completely different situation all they want to do is hurt you thats their main objective and all the talking and thinking about what their going through is not going to make a scrap of difference

It was excellent
It is a course that should be taught in schools as essential life coaching skills. The presentation and imagery were very engaging too. I would love it if it was a publicly available video.
Issue
I did not finished fully test, I'm sure I did not completed 15 quations. And now I cannt login.
