It was quite general

I know how to handle conflict situations, so it was a refresher really. Good for someone who has not dealt with awkward situations. Finding to common ground and compromise its a life skill surely.

Enjoyed this course. It is not always obvious of what to say or do in a certain situation. Improves confidence that one would be better equipped to make a things better not worse

Found the training educative.

Conflict is paramount at the place of work. The tool i have gained from this training will help me to consider things differently especially managing my own emotion and practice both response and active listening when i am in a difficult conversation with others.

Good thorough course….but could have done with a few more tests of comprehension and useability.
