In a office environment with managers present and other staff it all looks so simple but in the real world out on the road for example people act different one thing you failed to discuss was "temper "once that other person has lost their temper its a completely different situation all they want to do is hurt you thats their main objective and all the talking and thinking about what their going through is not going to make a scrap of difference

I've found this a lot easier I will try and put it into practice in the work place.

Most arguments is about work when someone is not pulling there weight so someone has to do more work not always easy
