very much a product of a perfect world where people might disagree but are both smart enough to recognise that someone else can think differently and still be ok. It has no help where someone is just rude and uncooperative.

These courses are absolute torture to do, first and even the second time is ok, but after that I can’t even bare to watch them or listen to them, and generally the choice to the question with the most words is the right answer so I usually get through them doing that, I couldn’t imagine anyone actually enjoying then, this course wasn’t as bad as the others as it quite short and quickly done but the 40 minute plus ones I may have to start paying someone to do them for me because the thought of doing them is giving me anxiety attacks….

No help at all with a pissed off member of the public.....complete waste of time

I genuinely have no idea who this was for. Its passive aggressive towards non neuro-typical people, outright calling them wrong. Whilst also treating currently neuro-typical people as infants. The example of a "closed question" is in fact a closed mindset and could lead to an hour long answer. The photoshopping is distracting, it draws attention to just how fake it is, defeating the point.

The course seemed to address conflict between colleagues whereas the type of conflict I come across more often relates to people outside the organisation. I didn't feel that a learnt anything from the course.

These courses are Absolute torture and should be sold to the military to be used as a added torture method, a few off these courses and you wouldn't hold back on any top secret information..
