Good to remove and make people aware of what any form of bullying or harassment which in any workplace or other environment is not acceptable and to learn people at all levels to respect and care for their associates.

Clear and succinct course
Would recommend SM's to do the same and also roll out similar course on disciplinary procedures. It would be good to have more downloadable content for future reference.

easily forgettable
Delivery style is tedious. Information is given in a way that is easily forgotten as soon as listened to. I prefer harassment to have the emphasis on the first syllable and not this modern second syllable way that puts an Ass in harassment. Either/or is a choice between two, not between a list of four alternatives.
