- Help staff to correctly identify a problem when it appears, before creating and applying an effective solution. Staff will also understand why problem solving is an important skill to develop and guide them through our own four-step problem solving process known as “ICED”.

It’s easy, Clients just need to...
- Simply log into your LMS
- Click on the “course library” tab and you’ll see a promotional card to add the Problem Solving course to your account.
- You can then assign the course to your staff manually or assign it to everyone.
Access to each course will be limited to 30 days from the moment you add the courses to your account and you will receive email notifications to let you know when this access is near to expiring.
