Improved LMS Log-In & Account Recovery Process

We've made some changes to how you log-in to your LMS administration console from our website. We now provide access to a global log-in and account recovery process on the website which can be used by both administrators and learners to gain access to their account(s). 

If you are an administrator and you already know your username and password you can still choose to log-in directly to the LMS administration console. However, this new 'email only' log-in process provides learners with a one click 'magic log-in link' which means they don't have to remember their password and should reduce administration overhead.

We've also tightened up messaging around failed log-ins to help learners find their way back to their training suite more effectively without the need for intervention from their training administrator. We hope you find these improvements useful.
