Nick has his own landscaping business and he employed Stacy a few months ago to help him out at weekends. The two of them have grown close and have been out on a couple of dates in the last month. They’ve got a contract to look after the grounds at a local rugby club, and they’re at work.

Verdict - This is NOT sexual harassment
Even though they’re at work, the feelings between Nick and Stacy are mutual and Nick’s behaviour is welcome, so this is NOT sexual harassment. If the behaviour between the two was not welcomed by Stacy, then this would have been deemed as sexual harassment.
