Since qualifying as a trainer in 2009, Meredith has designed, delivered, and assessed training programmes for staff across a range of organisations, supporting the development of skills, knowledge, and professional practice.

At Careskills Academy, Meredith writes, reviews, and manages online health and social care courses, ensuring learning materials are current, evidence-based, and aligned with legislation, guidance, and sector standards. She is also a qualified Assessor supporting the Careskills Assessment Centre.
