To this date, Morson Group employs over 1,200 staff across 50 offices, all of which use iHASCO's range of eLearning courses to get them up to speed with various aspects of Health & Safety and HR Compliance. 

We caught up with Mark Poncia, Learning, Development and Apprenticeship Partner at Morson Group (Responsible for the onboarding and training of new and existing employees) to get his thoughts on iHASCO.

What made you realise your training needs, Mark?

The Morson Group work to a number of ISO Standards including ISO 9001 Quality Management System, 18001 Standard for Health & Safety, 14001 Environmental Management Systems and 27001 Information Security Management.

It is therefore a critical part of the on boarding process that all new (and existing) employees undergo a specifically selected number of e-learning courses to ensure they comply and have an underpinning knowledge of the standards. We also identified our entire workforce to receive training in GDPR, Equality & Diversity, Cyber Awareness, Display Screen Equipment, Health & Safety to meet understanding and compliance in these areas.

What made you choose iHASCO? Did anything stand out above all else?

iHASCO ticks every box for us! Your customer service has been superb from the start. Having a dedicated Account Manager made the process so easy. The courses are presented in an easy to understand format, the on screen graphics are not too overpowering and the LMS comes with a host of great features.

What are your favourite features about iHASCO?

The admin tools for example anti-skipping, this prevents the learner from 'skipping' forward any part of the learning! The email reminder process saves so much time when reminding employees to complete courses and the dashboard provides us with instant easy to read statistics.
