Teaching common sense, inaccurate
98% of "the population" (population of what?) don't use social media, it's 84.4% (of the UK population)The principles discussed are common sense that I don't feel need to be a topic in the workplace. Does every tangential basic skill that is vaguely work-related need to have a module?
