goes through everything to run a safe and efficient kitchen,would recommend.
Very intense
The course is very informative but there is alot to take on board when completing it all at the same as a e- learning module.
Really Good Course
I really enjoyed doing this course because it had breaks inbetween so you didn't get to overloaded at once.The test at the end was challenging but really good.
Good course
Excellent overview, but the test was sometimes confusing. I needed several attempts to achieve a pass mark, despite diligently reading the extra material. There was simply so much to cover!
