Great course – a lot of common sense, but also detail which is important.
This covers everything in great detail – and refreshes level one and two , which is always useful to do! Well presented and clear. Plently of new information to learn, but also a reminder of common sense and reminding of 'bad' habits which can creep in over time. Recommend to anyone working with food.
