Getting to know the person you are supporting is the key here, communication and 'Nothing about me without me'
It was quite good
It was good but I felt the choice of word for the people we work with should not have been patient. Service user might have been better.Also, as with all the courses, it would be good if summary screens can stay for longer - enough time to take a photo or a screenshot.
