A bit tricky at times.

There were some issues with getting onto the course at first using the original link that was emailed to me and then when I was doing the test I had to refresh after every question to get onto the next. It did not register that I had done the test on the site but then when I happened to check my email it said I had finished.

Very long and slightly tedious.

Very long and slightly tedious. But essential to delivering a high quality of care for the people we support.

none

No need to put videos on every topic

some questions misleading

some questions difficult to understand

Too many videos

I found this course had too many videos, these were long considering this is regular training so should be something we all know. It would be good to have a straight to test option.

Mainly statements of the obvious.

To be honest although the course is factually correct it was largely a waste of time. Almost all of the course is blindingly obvious. If people really need to be taught why they need to wash their hands etc. then they shouldn't be employed to do care/support work in the first place. The only thing I learnt was that viral infections are more prevalent than bacterial ones and that doesn't make any difference to how we give care.

Some information felt wrong

I felt that the slide with how to remove the PPE was wrong. aprons should be removed first and ball up in the first glove, with the second glove put inside the first glove. Hand washing should be done throughly afterwards. This is the way I was always taught in any workplace including NHS wards.

it was okay, to long with videos

Would be easier to read rather than watch each video

very good, BUT

good tutorials but completion times aren't correct, no time allowance given for you to read additional information provided and answer the questions, you can only go as quick as the videos let you, you cant skip anything, I kept up well with the videos and questions and I'm Dyslexic yet every one of my times were outside yours quoted, not good when the company you work for only allows you the time that you quote
