Good course – a lot of reading!
Very interesting and myth-busting! The nature of the content is word heavy so I understand the reason why there is a lot to read BUT still a very comprehensive course 🙂

The course covered the essential aspect of food safety and I strongly recommend that every food businesses should ensure that those saddled with the responsibility of overseeing food safety should should be certified HACCP Level 3 personnel, not only in the UK but globally.

Very good and informative
Nice video presentation and supported by seperate sheets. one thing is that although I passed the test, I wanted to retake it because my score wasn't great but the it wasn't clear to me which section I had to re study. it seemed you have to go through everything from the beginning.
