You can't teach people to have a growth mindset in a 15min tutorial. This is a lifelong process which is highly specific to the individual. It would have been better to just introduce the idea and then provide more examples of strategies to encourage this type of approach.
It was ok at explaining the difference between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset is. Otherwise, it doesn't tell you anything just informing you
