Very useful training course
The training was good as giving Feedback is in my opinion under valued and not stressed enough. What this training did was give practical and very useful advice on how to frame feedback so that it is respectful, honest, postive and a means of creating a feeling of optimism in going forward whether that is in giving feedback to a learner or in communication bewteen stakeholders in the teaching process.

This course should be pushed out to all managers once every six months as it plays a big part in how we should talk to colleagues throughout the business.

Points out the importance of self reflection, and how you project yourself as a manager, how you deliver the message that needs to be conveyed in a sensitive manner, or not. It depends on the individal that you have to speak to.
