I found key elements of the course not very well explained only for them to appear as questions during the test. Although I guessed a few correct, it took me a couple of attempts to complete the test because of this.
Its a big topic Fire Safety and there should be some guidance written at the beginning to explain the actual time you recommend to understand and undertake this course. My workplace has only allowed 15mins in total to listen and to take the time to do the exam
ticks the box but certian aspects of the videos are in direct contradciton to our own Fire safety policy so should not be used.
You should be able to skip to the quiz on renewal!
Very annoying that i have too stop/start a video every few minutes.
This meant it was difficult to maintain concentration
I felt like a seven year old child with some very earnest people explaining things I had already known for some time. Apart from the nomenclature of signs and the particulars of the 5(6?) extinguisher types there was nothing I didn't already know inside out and backwards. I appreciate the absolute necessity of people knowing what to do in the event of a fire, but I struggled to maintain concentration and as a result only just passed. I'm not sure how you could improve it; perhaps have shorter training for those with scientific knowledge and life experience, and the longer version for 16-18 year olds in their first job?

When taking the test for this course, like all other course's I have taken using IHasco as soon as you click on a answer the system automatically takes this as your answer. You should have the chance to confirm/review you have the right answer before you move on to the next question, as you may have clicked the wrong one in error when you know the right one.
