Meh

This was slightly patronising and not always correct. For example, saying that a poster that says "weekly wine tasting, all welcome" is indirect discrimination is wild. It's only discrimination to those who cant drink (religious or other reasons) if 1, it's compulsory or 2, it's the only social event available, none of which was said. Too vague an example to make an important point just causes confusion and is really irritating. There were other things too, including the two presenters teaching about 'diversity' being white-passing women. So some things to improve.

to repatative

Even though this course was good it was repeating items already covered in other care training that did not relate to equality and Diversity. It should be more detailed in what equality is and what Diversity is. It should not repeat anything learned from other courses.
