Not enough emotional inteligence happens in our business

This was a great course. I feel I have Emotional Inteligence in abundance and have received that feedback recently from a Manager. It's nice to see it is being rolled out to others who can not see their own shortfalls in this skill. As it is behavioural, I don't see much changing but it's good it is acknowledged by Allied and that it will be considered when recruiting new starters.

A good informative course, which has helped me to Stop and think across each of the five points, some good tools to use.

An excellent reminder

I forget so many things in the everyday "battle" of life. This course reminds you how you can be better to yourself and better with others to enable an overall better interaction with people
