Not very good
I much prefer real life experiences than being coached how to think. There's times when life comes at you hard and you need to be a man and say or do things that people don't agree with. Of course it's nice to be nice but the world can be harsh at times and being coached like this isn't always realistic or helpful. That's just my opinion
