Easy to follow but somewhat repetitive
When you are paid a minimum wage, not much insensitive to have to do this in your own time from home.. unpaid!

Very clear
It was presented well and clearly summarised. It test ensued full attention. I do wonder though about the many many hours of training required of a very occasional volunteer never operating in isolation . It is likely that I will do more hours of training than actually in performance of my role…
