Most of this course is just common sense and politeness. I appreciate some people kinda need to be told to just be respectful etc, but this training could have been a bit more constructive regarding working methods.
I would really only recommend this course for early careers joiners or those new to an office environment and who are not used to the protocol of online or face to face meetings. I think most people who have been in an office environment over the last couple of years would be familiar with the suggestions, even if they don't necessarily stick to them!
