All of the training videos that I have completed, I've taken far longer than they need to have done. most of the content could've been delivered in a bullet .4 with a short quiz to check for understanding and retention.
Difficult to make the subject interesting. Not sure the videos help. I assume that the reasoning is that if you just wrote the information down, people wouldn't bother reading it.

I find some of the slides a little tedious. whilst mostly informative, they can be a boring sometimes.
