too much non relevant talking making it boring and easy to lose interest.relevant points lost in the length of video.terrible!!

The repeat time is nonsense if you are constantly employed. 3 years would make more sense unless major changes are made then we should be notified and still 3 years would suffice.
- Extremely slow narration, which can not be sped up, making it feel like wasting tons of time. I would watch these videos at least at 2x, if not 3x speed. - Can not time seek videos, can not go to next one until the current one is re-watched again, regardless of me having watched it in full before.
i do not consider this proper training , it is a very poor substitute to real teaching, how can you learn when you cannot ask questions or even question the reason for specific answers, specifically when you have examples of the rules not working in real life, these training videos are just another way of the employer avoiding their responsibilities as it is not real training
