Clear, practical advice
The advice provided should be common sense practice but unfortunately many people dealing with complaints become defensive and handle them inappropriately. All organisations should encourage employees to follow these simple steps.

Excellent beginners course, could have done with slightly more around letting the complainant know that you have understood by repeating key points and summarising how you can assist, checking with the complainant that they concur and then agreeing the next step.
