Concise and informative
Informative, bite size chunk so easier to factor into working day. I couldn't see how to put the subtitles on though, not a problem as read the transcript instead.

Easy to follow
factual and to the point
Easy website to navigate, smooth process
I found this course easy to access, (Despite the initial link timing out after a few days so had to request another), the web page is easy to navigate and find the course, and the course is easy to understand, informative and has a 10 question test at the end, which is simple if you listen to the dialogue. Only bit I didn't like was the sound bar graphic showing while the person was talking, surely a picture of the actual person narrating the information would be better. I scrolled down and read the transcript instead of watching that.
