There are dozens of individual videos which makes it hard to sit and absorb information; less but longer videos would be better.
Videos and supporting information take more than the time stated on the course to read and watch. Too many sub videos and documents to click on.

Apart from being boring and uninspiring, this training was unsuitable for our needs. We’re a remote first, international company, and the UK focus of this training combined with a very awkward environment section at the end that isn’t relevant to remote companies plus doesn’t fit the rest of the content made this disappointing and unsuitable.
Just made up of bits of other courses that I have already completed. Complete water of time and money

There were two questions in the test where I thought from listening to the presentation that it could have been two of the answers. One example was around the bribery where the presentation said if you have something of similar value to reciprocate. I just found a couple of the questions almost trick questions. The other two training modules have been very clear.
