i am not too sure how accurate the course was
there is a paragraph: Tenants can report issues directly, but things like routine inspections, third-party contractors, local authorities, or investigations into unrelated issues can all alert a landlord to potential hazards that are faced by their tenants. Under Awaab’s Law, the moment a landlord becomes aware of a potential hazard is known as “day zero”, and the next working day is when timeframes begin. i am of the understanding that the clock starts ticking as soon as the customer advises there is mould present within the property
Topical, succinct and informative.
We are being asked by our client base to comment on Awaabs Law in bids so this course has proved useful in offering the legislative timeframe and protocols to follow
