i am not too sure how accurate the course was

Under Awaab’s Law, the moment a landlord becomes aware of a potential hazard is known as “day zero”, and the next working day is when timeframes begin. i am of the understanding that the clock starts ticking as soon as the customer advises there is mould present within the property
