An excellent and insightful course that provides a clear understanding of the key requirements and expectations in the workplace.
The AI in the Workplace training was a magnificent and very useful course. It clearly explained how AI is changing the modern workplace and what skills are needed to adapt. The lessons were easy to follow, practical, and relevant. Overall, it’s an excellent course for gaining a better understanding of AI and its role in today’s work environment.
It gives a basic introduction to AI, but no more
I did not learn anything new as the course was very basic. There were a few examples given on how AI might be used, but they were very generic and had little and/or no relation to our current working practicies.
A written word course is not impactful and I find is not easily digested.

Generic and not useful
Whilst I recognise this is intended to be accessible to a wide range of staff, I found the content to be so generic as to not give any specific or useful information.
AI is a new concept for me but has opened my eyes to new possibilities.

Didn't enjoy the text based training.
I am a visual learner. Hopefully with time the text based training will improve.
