I come from a Forensic Collision Investigation back ground with a local police force and I do not agree with the assessment of what and when a serious injury should be fully investigated, The test highlighted the fact that I would implement a higher level of investigation at a lower level of injury as I feel that this warrants a fuller investigation to prevent a similar event becoming a fatality.
comprehensive overview of procedures however subjective opinion on severity of injury verses level of investigation required.
