We're thrilled to announce that we have topped the European Satisfaction Index for Compliance Software Providers in G2 Crowds summer reports...
We came out on top with a 97% user satisfaction score, with the runners up scoring 86%. Put simply, this means that 97% of our users that left reviews on G2 Crowd were satisfied with our product! Here are our scores in more detail:

- Ease of admin was rated at 93%
- 94% said we were easy to do business with
- Our quality of support was rated at 90%
- 94% said our product was easy to set up

The Regional Satisfaction Index represents the democratic voice of real software users, rather than the subjective opinion of one analyst. G2 rates software products from the Online Course Providers category algorithmically based on data sourced from user reviews shared by G2 users and data aggregated from online sources and social networks.
A 'Leader' in the Mid-Market sector
iHASCO were also given 'Leader' status in G2 Crowds Mid-Market Report for Online Course Providers, meaning we have a high satisfaction score and a large market presence amongst small to medium-sized businesses within Europe.
