For quite some time our knowledge base has been a little lacklustre and in need of a makeover. With one of our core values being to "make training simple" we decided it was high time we made our knowledge base simpler and easier to use too!
Towards the end of 2019, we embarked on a new project to completely overhaul the content of our knowledge base from the ground up and employed a technical author to aid us in this quite frankly monumental task. Now is it's time for the new knowledge base to emerge out of its long winter hibernation and shine!
We are extremely proud to launch our new improved knowledge base and look forward to seeing our clients put it to the test!
The new knowledge base is home to over 120 support articles ranging from finding your feet as a learner or administrator to technical help. We've also integrated these articles directy into the LMS so you'll find contextual help 'on hand' whatever you're trying to do.
I am incredibly proud of what we have managed to achieve here and I hope you will all agree with me once you've tried it yourselves. And, if you can't find the answer you need in the knowledge base then our fantastic support team are on hand and more than happy to help!
