iHASCO receive top award from Best Companies

iHASCO's Best Companies Plaque

As per our values, we always make sure that we are having fun and looking after each other here at iHASCO. We spend huge amounts of our time in the workplace, so it only makes sense that we try to enjoy it as much as possible and almost make a home away from home!

With that said, it’s not an easy task to keep everybody within a workplace happy and motivated at all times. It takes a lot of commitment from a company to invest time and money into certain initiatives, but as far as we’re concerned, it’s worth its weight in gold!

We are delighted to announce that we have achieved a 3* Accreditation award from Best Companies (a specialist organisation in workplace engagement), recognising extraordinary levels of employee engagement.

iHASCO was awarded its accreditation for its Best Companies Index score from the Best Companies Survey, which measures how engaged people are at work and how they feel about their employer.

I would like to congratulate iHASCO on your achievement. Best Companies have been producing the accreditation standard since 2006 to acknowledge excellence in the workplace. Organisations like iHASCO have continued to focus on their employees and have been rewarded with an engaged workforce who tell us that this is a fantastic company to work for.

Jonathon Austin, CEO & Founder of Best Companies

As grateful as we are for such an award, we owe it all to our super-engaged workforce and leadership, who visibly love working for a company with a culture like ours!

Here’s what one of our Managing Directors has to say about the upcoming year:

We’re delighted with this award but it’s just made the management team think about what more we can do! We’re planning a range of improvements to increase employee engagement and improve job satisfaction in 2020 so watch this space. We really do believe that unless we have truly happy staff we’re unlikely to have happy customers.

David Goddard, Managing Director of iHASCO
