Lydia and Neesha work in the same security team at an airport. When everyone is out at a Christmas party, Lydia starts sending explicit text messages of a sexual nature to Neesha's phone. 

Is this sexual harassment? 

Verdict: This is not sexual harassment

This behaviour is mutual between Lydia and Neesha, so in this case, this is not sexual harassment. If the sexual behaviour was unwanted, this would be workplace sexual harassment, as it is happening at a social event organised by their employer.
