Great introduction to ISO Certification.
Does exactly what it says on the tin (title). A well presented course delivered at the right pace. Perhaps some real world examples of failure due to not having implemented an ISO management System could add relevance.

The course is taught in a clear and concise manner. The various sections are covered in detail so that learners clearly understand the knowledge being imparted.
