I am a IRCA certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001. Very clear and spot on explanation on what ISO is and what the expectations and requirements are. Well done. Tip: expand on quality and environmental courses please. Maybe also basics of the three ISO standards and basic auditing courses for each of these standards. Cheers

This is a very informative training presentation regarding ISO Certifications and it is an excellent tool for training employees at all levels of the organisation ensuring their awareness, understanding and importance of ISO Certificates and the impact ISO has on the way the organisation operates.

Not applicable to my role
I am not sure what I have taken from the course. Our departments do operate separately without discussion of the impact we have on each other, which ISO state we should be doing.

Good course, easy to use
Good course, easy platform to use, I think the course could have gone into more detail with more interaction to help test the users understanding. Good for a base introduction into the ISO standards and the methods used
