iHASCO nominated for Employer of the Year at Investors in People Awards Night
All at iHASCO were absolutely thrilled to discover that we had been nominated for the Employer of the Year (Silver 50-249 staff) award at the Investors in People awards night!
We’ve been working with Investors in People to evaluate and further improve our management and leadership qualities at iHASCO. Receiving a Silver Award back in April showed we were in the top 8% of companies that had worked with IIP and those results were enough to see us nominated for the prestigious award last night.
We would like to extend a huge congratulations to Agudus Israel Housing Association who came out on top! What a fantastic achievement for your organisation and its management!
Why does IIP matter to us?
For us, IIP marks the start of a journey to offer helpful and effective leadership and management to all at iHASCO. We believe that our people play the most important part in our success and one of our core values is ‘Seek Constant Improvement’ - so ensuring that our leadership is continually improving and supporting our staff as we grow is crucial.
The report provided by IIP will assist the management team in ensuring the environment at IHASCO is as engaging and rewarding as possible. We will now be working to further improve our leadership and management skills and activities. This is with the aim of ensuring iHASCO continues to be a fun, caring and prosperous place to work!
What’s next?
We’ll be working hard towards achieving a platinum accreditation in 2022 and hopefully scooping up an award at a future IIP awards ceremony!
