More about the safe use of harnesses (not having it too loose, no twisted straps etc.) Explain that if you fall and are suspended in a harness how important it is to rescue the person within 10 to 20 minutes and the danger of suspension trauma (never put the person in the recovery position - have them sat up with the knees bent -always send the person that has fallen to hospital).
