no extra help for people who are dyslexic, so setting them up to fail before they even start this is very unprofessional as a employer

This course was too centred around being able to name different types of behaviour (which isn’t that important, and is pretty easy if you have the right kind of mind). I have done dozens of these courses over 40 years and think ones based more on examples probably are more effective.

Found it very boring
This is an unusual subject to the workplace, the content is to intense for 20 question exam

Difficult to hear what was being said throughout course and audio wasn't in sync with the video. Your questions were also worded poorly for someone with dyslexia.
on line tick box training is good for some straightforward courses but this is a course where discussion and exchange of views and challenges is paramount. This did not provide that.
As we get older we rely on experience that has been gained over multiple repetitions of similar events. The average of these gives us a fairly accurate assessment of the matter in hand. Although this may be regarded as bias, we cannot ignore the fact that the more the matter has been experienced the greater the chances of this bias being correct. We do not have time to challenge everything in the manner as described in this course.
