The videos finish abruptly, and I had to use the script to understand the idea.

The videos were short but being split in to 20+ sections made the course feel longer. The production quality of the videos was awful. A lot of the information could be conveyed in text rather than needing a presenter.
the test is too easy, just a couple of questions I wouldn't know without the training videos
An informative video that was straight forward and easily understandable. Basic common sense applies in many of the cases, but it was a good reminder of other more serious situations.
Monotonous tone of presenter does not hold your attention like a classroom based presentation.
It may just be the subject matter but this course is extremely tedious, which means people are not taking it in!
Missing a few points regarding covering drains and barrel spills using a 'dammit' product, otherwise ok.
Test question "Whats the final thing you should do after completing the 7 steps?" Answers are "A: Thats it - there's nothing more to do, B: Refill or replace the spill Kit" or C: "Remove PPE". Correct answer per the test is B however the training declares step 7 as being refill and report. So there is nothing actually to do AFTER step 7.
