Effective training
The training provided a refresher to training previously provided by past employers.
Not good on a phone
Not the easiest to use on a mobile phone. Can easily answer questions without wanting too as it’s instant answer. I knew the answer was wrong but it accidentally took it before I could correct it. Did at home as I thought it was time sensitive. Disappointed in my wrong answers.

A useful reminder – confirms we often take things for granted or think we know how or what to do. Also raised awareness and learned a few things re: specific hazards which apply to both home and work environments.
