The course was informative and gave the information in a clear and straightforward way.An improvement could be to give scenarios for recruitment e.g around gaps in employment or references that were received, and to choose what the correct option should be. This wouldn't be too trick people but to give an understanding of how it can be complex.
I have nothing to compare this to but with that in mind found it useful and it’s reassuring to know that when I update my training , the content is updated also.
A good step by step guide to Safer Recruitment. Would suggest you amend the slide showing an image of a one to one interview which I believe does not meet current professional standards.

There was one question where I don't think the answer in the test matched the text in the course!
The importance of implementing effective safeguarding was repeatedly emphasised throughout the session. The information provided covered the processes fully with relevant examples being given.
this course was particularly helpful in helping me understand the importance of good induction.
Enjoyed the course and its format
The Safer Recruitment course was very informative and covered everything in just enough detail.
It was helpful to look at the whole process and learn about steps which must be taken. I will have the opportunity to implement much of what I learnt today in my role.
