too long saying too many unnecessary things
Don't need to know many of these details. Some are obvious, some are not necessary to protect children. Would be more effective if was 15 minutes long – or better still two sides of A4 to read
Repetitive and very slow when you've done the training in previous years
Very frustrating how you can't speed up the videos or read the content instead of having to listen to the speakers talk through the course very slowly. It is especially frustrating when you have to listen to mostly exactly the same delivery to what you were required to listen to the year before.
Straightforward
Having different people giving the course and having clear short sections, kept my attention. It was clear and concise. Done many different courses on line and this one I rate as one of the best

The course provides clear and concise information to safe guard children with extra detailed resources for further support. The check points are useful reminders and the final check provides opportunities for further understanding if you are unclear on any specific area.

A well informed course.
This course is very well presented and suited to those who enjoy learning within an audio or visual capacity. I particularly liked the fact that I could pause at specific places and return to the course as and when I was ready. It's also well designed to enable you to note-take at specific points.
