Not relevant for non-mental health care professionals

This would be a helpful course for a mental health professional/social care worker but for someone such as myself employed as a technical works supervisor, I just cannot see the relevance in this tutorial. It's akin to having a social worker take an electrical maintenance course, overall, I view this as an inappropriate choice of learning for my cadre.

course was easy to follow

Informative and well presented training course

I found this training to be clear and well delivered. Although there was a lot of information to get across, the mix of voices, presenters and delivery methods worked really well and held my attention throughout.

Clear, concise and easy to understand

I continue to be surprised at how interesting I find these courses; so the time passes quickly and it isn't the chore I'd expected it to be!

great for a care environment but doesn't cover domestic abuse enough for other environments out of the care setting

Good coverage but problems with graphics on the videos became slightly distracting.

I think this course was very good and that it covers the subject very well with lots of information on the subject.
