Didnt think this was relevant

Two years on, to be honest I found this a waste of time, I knew all the answers without listening to the course properly as the phone rang a couple of times.

Perhaps someone would find it useful...

This course seemed to be designed for the lowest common denominator. Perhaps someone stressed would find it useful. For myself and for most staff, my guess is that it is pretty much a waste of time. What was said was obvious. It provided no new insights. This could should have been voluntary (not mandatory) for those with concerns about returning to work.

Long-winded & tedious videos

PLEASE make the videos optional. The insistence on clicking through multiple separate videos is soul-destroying and demotivating, and results in a complete barrier to learning. PLEASE make the videos optional. PLEASE make the videos optional.

WHY INCOMPLETE WHEN CERTIFICATE ISSUED

Patronising and inappropriate

With the exception of section 9, the course is heavily focused on 'return to work' rather than 'return to workplace'. It makes the assumption that a return to the workplace will be better for the company and employee, which is certainly not the case in those industries where remote working has shown significant productivity and job satisfaction improvements. By all means do this course if you really are 'returning to work' after being laid off or furloughed, but as a 'return to office' training course it is very poor.

mostly not relevant

course assumes that you haven't worked at all. Not relevant for UKCEH people as they have worked through. Some people have been on site for much longer and for them the course is just a waste if time. The course treat the audience as toddlers

Unecessarily long-winded

As so many other people have said, it would be good to have an option to just read the transcript of each long-winded slide rather than have to sit through an 'presentation' and forward to each individual slide This particular course (Returning to Work) was condescending and seemed to be aimed at people who have been out of work, rather than just out of the office - possibly for ever - and have never had to adjust to anything from anything else. I can't think of anyone who would gain anything frpom this course, just a tick-box exercise all round
