Would rather not have to watch the same videos every year - text based review would be quicker.
The commentary contradicted the slide text about the max prison sentence
The training is fine but I don't enjoy these videos - I find them a bit patronising and slow, so I don't take in the important information which I'd absorb better from reading the transcript and then doing a Q&A at the end.
Weak learning design. Needs work.
Does not apply to people working on shop floor
The course was very good at raising my awareness of the incidence of modern slavery within the UK. However it was disappointingly weak at suggesting concrete actions I or my company could take. The suggestions for a company anti-slavery statement was too generic / or simply top level well meaning phrases with no suggestions of concrete actions. I read most of the additional material but not the huge circa 38 page documents with no clear summaries. The one attachment I really would have valued would suggest concrete next steps for a company to take, ideally with sample anti slavery statements support by examples or case studies of actions UK companies have taken. Hope this helps!
